Organisers can make use of the television to present through laptops or to welcome virtual delegates.<\/p><p>Refreshments are available, including tea\/coffee and water, either \u2018on tap\u2019 or as waiter service. The lounge bar is fully licenced and also serves a nice selection of non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.<\/p><p>By prior agreement, we can provide light refreshments such as home-made biscuits\/cake selections up to a full buffet menu and can also cater for a range of dietary needs.<\/p><p>Space can be made available in the dining room and the lounge bar for break-out discussion groups as part of this service if required.<\/p><p>On-site conference equipment includes:-<\/p><ul><li>Connectable monitor screen<\/li><li>Pens, pencils and paper<\/li><li>Free Wi-fi throughout the hotel<\/li><li>On-line meeting facilities<\/li><li>A-frame flip chart \/ whiteboard<\/li><\/ul><p>Meeting room rates are available on request, and we are happy to tailor packages to meet your requirements &#8211; facilities are available for both overnight and day delegates.
