Meeting room & conferences

We have a dedicated meeting room which comfortably sits 10 delegates, with capacity to extend to 12 where required to hold meetings, small conferences or training sessions.

Our meeting room is available for public hire. Organisers can make use of the television to present through laptops or to welcome virtual delegates.

Refreshments are available, including tea/coffee and water, either ‘on tap’ or as waiter service. The lounge bar is fully licenced and also serves a nice selection of non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.

By prior agreement, we can provide light refreshments such as home-made biscuits/cake selections up to a full buffet menu and can also cater for a range of dietary needs.

Space can be made available in the dining room and the lounge bar for break-out discussion groups as part of this service if required.

On-site conference equipment includes:-

  • Connectable monitor screen
  • Pens, pencils and paper
  • Free Wi-fi throughout the hotel
  • On-line meeting facilities
  • A-frame flip chart / whiteboard
